What is the KC-CDC?

KC-CDC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that assists community partners in preventing the onset of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. Our mission?  Reduce risk factors for chronic diseases through nutrition and exercise programs.

Our community partners include neighborhood and faith groups, cultural organizations, health providers, voluntary agencies, and schools.  KC-CDC strives to make Kansas City a healthier place to live, work, and play.
